GPSANGLER is shipped with 3 large charts of your choice, completely free of charge. Please specify
your preferences before ordering.
A few simple steps are needed to create and set
up your charts for use with this software. Comprehensive information
regarding electronic chart creation accompanies the product. If you have existing .KAP and .BSB chart files (as used by
Maptech and others), a set of utility
programs is included that will convert these files
to the required format.
Sources
of free downloadable charts include the Map-Tech site at MAPTECH , and C-MAP .
An
excellent source of wreck information is available from a number of diving
sites on the 'net. Some even have very useful downloadable charts as
well! See the WRECK SITE amongst others.
